Micromax — Complaint register to mobile company, model no - p480 | |||||
Ear Team, This is Mr. Sumit Kumar From Rewari Haryana. I brought Micromax P480 TAB Dated on 01/05/2015 from M/s PARTH ENTERPRISES, Shop no-312, Model town Rewari Haryana with bill and everything. After 3 month started getting charging problems. I went to PARTH ENTERPRISES but they directed me to go to MICROMAX authorised service station in District center. I went there and they kept the phone with them and told me to come after 10 days, I got a call after 10 days but answer me your TAB send to kannal main Service center, then call after one day Karnal service center they told me your TAB send to Delhi Service Center.Now more than ONE Month have passed but Service center is not willing to get my TAB repaired and handover it to me. This has caused me avoidable inconvenience, mental harassment and cut off me with the acquaintance which has put me to financial loss but management of Micromax is totally indifferent and unconcerned to my harassment and mental torture.I therefore pray that the company may be ordered to replace the tab set and pay Rs. 7000/-for inconvenience and harassment caused to me otherwise i need to get the product re-placed Kindly help me out.
