[Resolved]  Micromax — Customer care technicians not returning back handset

I had submitted a micomax canvas HD handset(model A116) for repairing(Request no.N[protected]) to micromax customer care office M/S Akhil Traders at indore (M.P)452001 on date 26/07/2014. But even after completion of one month they had niether repaired phone nor they are returning back it to the customer(even in unrepaired condition).During the period of this one month i had also taken multiple follow-ups by visiting customer care office but the response is inadequate.
