Dear Micromax Team,
I am writing this complain against the pathetic service provided to me at one of your authorized service center named M/S D.R. Telecom, shop no. 5/6/7, Ground floor, Radheshyam Complex, Duttapada Rd, Opp SV rd west, Borivali west Mumbai Maharashtra.
I have submitted my Micromax A121 handphone on 18/4/2015 to said service center claiming to exchange since one side of its is not working. I have been asked to come after 10 days to recollect the exchange. When I went after 10 days they have me a lesser quality headphone ( not the same I gave them) which was also not compatible with my phone. I was again asked to come after 10 days to get new one. In fact this time they were very rude in talk and said the same quality you will get next time. Keeping the fact I said that I would like to have my same product ( I gave) back if you could not provide me same quality product.
Ms. Rasmi Pawar the Center In charge has then taken responsibility to call & inform me once they get the product ( which she didn't perform). When I went again to center after 20 days I have been presented with same quality product which they gave earlier and of very low grade quality. I was totally frustrated this time and asked to lodge a police complain against this which Ms. Rasmi replied that we don't care abt it and have seen many of like me.
I was truly shocked with this kind of customer behavior. Micromax is now got largest market share in handset market and such kind of mental harrasment to their customer. This is really alarming and wake up call for u to strenghthen this important line of business ( Customer Service).
I would request to explain customer fault in this case. I am expecting your revert on below address.
