Sir, I have purchased a Micromax
Mobile Phone (Micromax Canvas two colours) from a SHop at Tirur,
Malappuram District, Kerala (Contact No.[protected]) on[protected]. But
yesterday ie on[protected] the phone showed some problem to its
display. Today on[protected] i approached the shop from where i
purchased the phone, but they replies that, the phone could not be
replaced and can be replaced within 7 days you lodged the compaint
before Micromax Customer Care/Service Centre. In turn i rushed to your
Service Centre at Kozhikkode, but the centre was seen closed. I also
contacted your Palakkad Centre by phone, but both the land line and
mobile phone are switched off.This is not fair. Sir, I
already pointed out the complaint before 6 days, but your service
centre is not working. I feel so bad . How can i get the justice in
this regard. You please contact me in my phone [protected] (Kerala) or let my grievanec redressed. I want to replace my phone. The problem is from your end. So please consider this complaint urgently. Was this information helpful? |
