Micromax — Damaged the tablet P480 during the repair process | |||||
Dear Concern, This is to inform you regarding the after sales services provided by the Micromax Care. I had purchased a micromax tab P480 in the month of August. I had a problem with charging point as the tablet was unable to charge so i approached to the Micromax Care Thane West center which is opposite to Makhmali Talav (M/s Vashi Services, Viraj Vihar, 1st flr, LBS road, Thane W). On 13th Nov i submitted the tab as guided by the executive out there. I got a call to collect my tab on 4th Dec 2015 by 6:00 PM. I reached there around 6:15 PM, then they handover my tab. But it was found that the the back side of the tab had damaged, the color was almost off over the scratches. When i shake the tab in my hand the part were shaking inside. When i asked regarding the same to the executive took the tab & asked the technician to clean on the outer surface & to open & fix the shaking parts issue. After some time he came back to me and said the scratches are very deep so cant do anything for that. I Denied to collect the tab, then he asked to to visit their so called manager Mr. Radhe inside the cabin. When i went inside the cabin so he asked me the purchase details & said that it is above 6 month & the condition is fine accordingly. In short he wanted to blame me for the tab condition, but when i submitted the same the condition was very fine so i insisted not to receive the tab in such condition. He asked me to come next day as their system closed for the day by 6:45pm to lodge a new job sheet. Since i could not visited on Saturday 5th Nov, I registered new job sheet today via call. PFB the details for both job sheet and do the needful. 1st Job Sheet - W[protected] 2nd Job Sheet - W[protected] Having such experience creates a negative impression on the customers & spoils brand name too. Kindly take the issue on serious note & resolve accordingly. Awaiting for positive response from your end earliest as one month has already passed & i cannot wait for 1 more month. Got a call from the concern dept on 10th Dec15 asked will do the needful, but no response from that point.
