Micromax — Default phone since very first day and company busy in advertising graciously

I have submitted the default mobile set on 22/5/15 and i was being told that phone will be repaired or new mobile will be given. Till date neither of the option is being given. Reasons best known to Micromax management . Pls find details below : Model - A350 Complaint submitted on 22/05/15 Simple question is if Micromax cannot give the service than why to go for such fancy adds on tv. Even govt is closing eye.
