Micromax — Defective product recieved | |||
i have ordered micromax juice2 AQ5001 through online on june 1st 2015 and i recieved on july 5th 2015 and i started using it and day by day i found many problems in it such as side keys r not working and mainly front camera is fully blured and spoiled and i took it to micromax care (service center) at egmore cisons complex on 13 june 2015...and i requested for a new handset but they told it can be only claimed through warranty and it will take 25 days to solve the problem and when i went after 25 days on 7th july 2015 the mobile wasn't ready and they told it will take 15 more days and yesterday i got a call stating that mobile got ready so i went today 23 july 2015 to get back my mobile and wen i was recieving the mobile it has jus 10 % of battery charge.. so i took to my home and charged and while checking again the same issue front camera fully blured and now my primary camera quality ALSO WENT VERY BAD...I need a proper solution for this i need my money back or else provide me a new mobile ...becoz already 45 days my mobile was in service center ...is this the condition of new mobile do u want me to give rs.7500 simly for defective product imei 1:[protected] imei 2:[protected] Was this information helpful? | |||
