I had purchased one micromax convas knight A 350 White & Gold in the month of June venue 2015 end. In the month of july 2015 the hand set developed a technical fault. The power on and off button started malfunctioning . I visited the authorized service station of micromax on 15.07.2015 namely M/s Sun Infosolutions 17 Ganesh Chandra Avenue, Kolkata-700013 . They retained my handset for repair and promised me to return within 7 working days.
After seven days i had called upon them personally 3 times but all in vain.
I have written two complaint to the Micromax Service email viz. [protected]@micromax info.com two times but no solution has been worked out.
The complaint reference no. 18621 dated 08.08.2015 & 27515 dated 14.08.2015.
They suninfo solution shifted their office from ganesh chandra avenue without informing us . they also do not respond the telephoned since 09.08.2015.
My job work sheet No. is E[protected] Dated 15/07/2015 .
Their helpline No. of micromax also does not work as if that we are pushing on a dead and a cheat company. The help line no. given on the job work order sheet is[protected]
