Micromax — delay from service center.

i have given my cell on 14th may 2015 and they have given me 25-30 day max time.but now im really fadup from their services.my job sheet no from mobile [protected].now they are saying we will call you when it will resolve.what type services they are providing to their customers.today is 40th day and im still waiting for their call.i have given my set to ramesh nagar service center delhi.the problem in my set was touchpad, it was not working properly.so il be highly really thankful to you to help me. regards vinita rawat. contact [protected]
