[Resolved]  Micromax — delay in deliver of mobile after repair in stipulated time

sir ! my name is rakesh pandey. email - [protected]@gmail.com, mob no.- [protected] job sheet no. N[protected] i purchased mircomax android one mobile through amazon online shopping. but in this mobile file manger & gallary software missing and hands free was not working. i took this mobile to micromax care on 18 nov 14 at M/S THE MOBILE CARE (DELHI) B-36 GURU NANK PURA OPP.V3S MALL, NEAR MAHARAJA BENQUET HALL LAXMI NAGR DELHI - 110092. they said to deposit the mobile it will take time about 25 days and for which problem i wanted to deposit my mobile, they were not listening the problem and mentioned different problem in customer proforma. when i opposed this they said mentioned the problem in writing we looked this. there behavior with all customers was horrible and pathetic. after 25 days whenever i call them they all make some excuse that some time server down or it will take time. i request u kindly take this matter at the earliest. yours faith fully rakesh pandey
