Micromax — Delay in phone repair.

I have submitted my new Micromax A110Q (White) to Micromax company service centre (M/S Future Communication, SCO-37, 1ST Floor, Sector-41-D, Chandigarh) on 04-September-2014 and after one long month they gave me a defective phone on 10-October-2014, in my phone only 512MB RAM is showing [Official phone has 1GB RAM]. Then I decided to submit my phone again on 16-October-2014. Till date, I have not received the repaired handset. They told me that it will take around 1-2 months more to repair. The following details of my phone are below: M IMEI-[protected] S IMEI-[protected] If my phone will not come back in time, I will write down a consumer complaint in consumer court.
