Micromax — Delay in replacement of my phone A350 (job sheet no. N[protected]) | |||
I submitted my handset A350 under warranty at the Future Communications Chandigarh (authourised service centre of micromax) for repair on 22 Jun 15 of which job sheet no. is N[protected]. The service center people told me that the phone has major problem and it will be sent to the company and I will get my phone back within one month. After one month, when I approach to the service center, they told me that the phone is still with the company and suggested me to directly contact to the customer care on[protected]. Subsequently, I contacted customer care on 30 Jul 15 and the executive told me to wait for next 10 days. On 04 Aug 14, I got a call from the company that my phone is not repairable and so it will be replaced with A300. I gave my concurrence on the same. But still after 10 days, When I did not got any confirmation from the company, I again email the company and again they told me to wait for next 10 days. Subsequently, follow-up with the service centre and company via various methods via phone calls and emails but it couldnot give any fruitful result. This Company is a big cheater and filled with full of liars. Now, My handset is laying with the company for more than 02 months and still nobody is ready to let me know till when I will get my handset back. Every time company people make me fool just saying to wait for some more days. I don't have any other phone and having great difficulty in my day to day work. Pls help in the issue. Hi Chandan, I am also a victim of the same problem. [protected] is my contact number if you want, we both can go against micromax, if we all fight together may be it will help both o[censored]s.
