[Resolved]  Micromax — delay in returning new battery

I had given an order for new battery at M/S MOBILE CARE (BHR) GAYA -823001. My jobsheet date is 04/11/2014. They told me that i will got the battery in 10 days.But now it is 20 days. And yet i have not got my new battery. My IMEI/ESN No.:-[protected]/[protected]. Item name:- BTY-A089.MODEL CODE:- SPAMOB9049. I request to you please send my battery on 26th november 2014. It is very very argent.
