[Resolved] Micromax — delay in service/poor service | |||
I had micromax BOLT A67 phone getting out of order(some lines appear on mobile screan) therefore i submit my phone at micromax service center on 4/08/2014 then return my phone on 26 Aug the problem of line appearing is resolved but another problem starts my phones touch screen not works properly than i again submit my phone on 26 Aug 2014. after few days i go to the service center on 09 sep 2014 again my phones touch problem resolved but a new problem is genrated, that my phones internal memory not show and also my mobile phone not getting charged now i get my phone from service center but a new problem again generated that my phone speaker does not work it getting mute the engineers are beginner they resolved one problem and generated another one and when i ask for this they told me that my problem will be resolved soon and they will call me and not generated any job-sheet, i try to contact them they told me that the speaker is not available since 15 days my phone warranty will expire on 25 oct 2014, than what will i do? who is responsible for this? I really Repent to buy this mobile. I did not know what they will do with my phone.. they totally waste the time.
