[Resolved] Micromax — Delay in service/Repair of smart phone under warranty | |||
I am Dinesh Prasad Shaw from Kolkata (West Bengal). I purchased a Micromax smart phone Canvas Power (A-96) on 10 Apr 2014. It soon started showing problems like screen hanging and poor and defected audio output. I deposited the handset on 07 Jun 2014 for repair in M/s Techniqe Services, 171/C Lenin Sarani, Kolkata-700013. My job sheet number is[protected]. I was told that my handset would be repaired within 10 days. But till date there has been no any whereabouts of my handset. I have inquired a number of times to the servicing centre, but their responses were very casual and I was told that the handset was sent to Delhi for repair and would be notified to me when received back. I even lodged a complaint to your customer care on 18 Jun 2014 regarding the delay. The complaint number is [protected]. I was assured that a positive feedback would be given to me very soon but till date there is no any feedback given to me from your customer care also. These delay has put me under extreme kind of agony and frustration. Please do the needful to get my repaired handset without any more delay. It’s already been 20 days of waiting and the situation is becoming unbearable for me. I won’t hesitate to approach to the any legal or media authorities, if these types of negligence is performed from your customer care executives and delay in repair is continued.
