With respect I wish to draw your kind notice that I had purchased the mobile micromax model no. A121, EMEI No [protected]/[protected] dated on 10.10.2015 with one year warranty which had certain charging problem. I had deposited my mobile for the repair of same in your service centre m/s novelty Enterprises c-2/9, first floor, pragati market, ashok vihar, phase-2, new Delhi on 06.05.2015. But the problem has not been resolved so far. I have reported so many time but every time they refused that repair has not been done.
Kindly note that if within 10 days of the notice, the problem of mobile is not resolved, I would approach to appropriate consumer forum for legal action and file a suit against the company for mental, physical, financial and other harassment.
This is your kind information and necessary action.
