Micromax — Device under warranty not yet replaced by MICROMAX | |||
I purchased a router MMX440W from Micoromax which I deposited at Micromax Authorised Service Centre Royal Services, Shalimar Bagh, Delhi on 28-Feb-2015 wide Job Sheet # N[protected] dated 28/02/2015. I was advised by the service centre that the device will be replaced in next 2 weeks which didn't happended. After that I lodged complaint on Micromax Head office on 12-Mar-2015 and followed up with them on mails and calls numerous time. They gave me a standard response every time "We apologies for the inconvenience caused due to delay in services and would like to inform you that we are re-forwarding your concern to our concerned team. And we will make every effort for resolving this case on priority" SEVERE DEFICIENCY IN SERVICE BY MICROMAX DUE TO WHICH I AM SUFFERING Rajeev Was this information helpful? | |||
