Micromax — disappointed with the service and the phone | |||
I have MICROMAX A110 model and it was suddenly dead when it was in warranty so I visited Tirupati cellular service center of micromax in Pimpri, Pune . They kept my mobile for 30 days promising that they will replace the motherboard with new one and mobile will be fixed.On 30th day they hand me over the same unfixed dead mobile after again complaining they fixed it . After approximately 2 months my mobile again had same problem and now its not in warranty .When I visited same service center they are telling me same issue with motherboard while they had already replaced the motherboard with new one 2 months ago. I wonder how can motherboard give same problem even when its replaced with new one . The service center is neither taking my complaint seriously nor they are bothered about the mobile and I am so disappointed with micromax service they are providing .
