Micromax — Disgusting Service from Micromax

I purchased a micromax (A104), 5 months before but now facing issue with touch functioning that's why i submitted it to a service center at Noida Sector-12. But after 20 days still phone not repaired. I called to many times but always, i got a simple answer that work order has been created and sent for touch part replacement but not getting from company i.e. micromax not giving parts to the service center. I think, taken a micromax was a wrong decision. I'll never recommend to anyone for micromax purchasing because of I’m totally fed up only with service issue and customer satisfaction.
