Micromax — Display Touch not Working | |||
I own a smart phone A350 model whose display is not working. The model code is SERMOB0431. Its display touch screen in not working. I gave it to the micromax service center at Lajpat Nagar Part 2, New Delhi. The jobsheet number is N[protected]. it has been 36 Days and i have still not received my phone back. I gave it for repair on 8/8/2015. This is the worst customer care i have ever faced. Please respond else i will file a complaint with the consumer forum.
