Micromax — does not switch on smart phone EG111

sir i had submite my smart phone EG111 at micromax service centre "M/S Perfect Solutions" Kalkaji, New Delhi to repaire above problem on dated 17/04/2015. After 20 days, they told me that phone can not be repaireble and we will give you new phone as replacement of old phone. Even after one and half month i do not get saticfacory answer from service centre regarding replacement. i am so disoppinted from micromax. Kindly look after my complained and confirm me your action.
