I have purchased micromax e455 3 months back on flipkart, , ten days back my mobile start ted hanging, its was not showing my sim availability and later it got switched off, i went to service center in mangalore, that guy asked me to register a complain on your costumer care number, which i did and my complain no is ser[protected].but there was no response from your side till today. when i called customer care, he said he will give online instruction, but how can i perform any instruction when my phone is not even switching on. So i want the replacement for this phone as early as possible.its bad that the phone not even three months old is having such problem, i didn't expected this type of product from your brand, send me a replacement as early as possible
