Micromax — Engineer not visited after 1 month of lodging the complaint.

Dear Sir, I had purchased a 40 inch LED tv before 1-1/2 month. After purchasing this LED tv, there was a problem in it. For that, i had complaint to Micromax Customer Care on 15/01/2015 and they told me that within 48 hours, the complaint would be resolved. But still, no one has come to solve the problem. I am continuously calling to the engineer but he is only giving me a promise from 1 month, but not interested to come to my house. So, i have decided to lodge a complaint against the service.
