Micromax — even after 2 months i have not received my tab p666 back from the service center and not even any status about the mobile tab

sir I m Mannu Khajuria ( Advocate J&k high court) have given my micromax tab p666 for repair to the datta enterprises jammu on 19/05/2015. To my utter horror I have still not received any intimation about the tab and status is said to be unknown by the concerned. i have suffered enough humiliation at the hands of your service provider datta enterprises. My registered complaint no is MMX[protected]. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible otherwise for my case i have to move to consumer forum .
