[Resolved] Micromax — Facing dual sim signal problem in moble phone,model doodle | |||
Dear Sir, I had bought micromax doodle mobile phone in the month sept 2014 and in the month of nov 2014, i have faced a problem of sim signal not coming. When i reached to the service station they said charging point of mobile is damaged and there is a link between IME no of sim and charging point. They assured me that after replacing charging point, the phone will work ok but when i reached there after 3-4 days to collect my mobile, they said you have to pay Rs500/ but your phone can't be repaired as it is not under warrantee because charging point was found damage. They have deliberately replaced charging point also. I told them i have no problem of charging as the charging of phone is working perfectly alright but they said without replacing charging point, phone can't be repaired.Now they are considering it without warrantee.After so many request they said we will send it to the main office and you can collect it after 6 weeks.What I will do in these days?Phone which i have purchased for rs 8000/= has got problem within 2 months and your service center is saying because the charging point is damage it cannot be repaired. If i would have been facing problem of charging then i can understand that charging point need replacement but I have never face any charging problem in the mobile.
