[Resolved] Micromax — Faulty Micromax handset sold to me | |||
I purchased Micromax A092 (Unite) Black colour from a shop "Kore" in vadodara (Gujarat). The new mobile sold to me had couple of hardware faults. 1) It kept on restarting on its own and 2) It got heated like hell while making a call. I visited the shop the very next day and asked to replace the cell. The response I got was that the black mobile we sold you is no longer in the stock even with the stockist and we wont be able to help you on this. We wont refund you the amount as well. Only thing you could do is to pick a different colour mobile or buy some other mobile from us. They were so rude, i felt like filing a consumer complaint against the company as well as the shop. This was my first experience with Micromax and I will never recommend this brand to anyone. The service I got from the Micromax executives out there was pathetic and I regret to have bought this mobile. I am still waiting for any response from the shop. They have taken my cell saying they are looking into it, but not responding to any of my queries. Was this information helpful? | |||
