Dear Sir/ Madam, I am Hemalatha from Hyderabad, have recently ordered Micromax Canvas Juice AQ5001 online on Nov 11 2015, and have received mobile. After using the mobile for a period of 1 month I am facing some problems with the performance like the phone gets switched off suddenly, and I have shown the same to the local retailers and service centers.
