[Resolved] Micromax — Grievance - A117 given to service center for more than 3 weeks

Dear Sir / Madam,
Bought a micromax smartphone (Model no. A117) on 4th april 2014.
After exactly 4 months, the touch panal had some problem and was not working. Hence checked your official website for enquiring about service centre and went to M/S Vashi Services in Thane. Deposited the mobile on 4 Aug 2014. Where it was told that the mobile had some issues and hence some parts were to be changed which required 1-1.5 weeks of time. Hence deposited the mobile and from that day onwards I am regularly following up with them but they always say the same thing that the spare parts are still awaited from the company.
Have attached the receipt for your reference. The Job sheet no. specified on it is : W[protected].
Hence would request you please get this resolved asap as I have already waited patiently for more than 23 days.
