Micromax — Hand Set Not Received even after 33 days and Standard response it will be repaired within 15 days

Hi i have given my Handset A120 on 27th july 2015. Job Card No:- N[protected]. When i gave this at service center they said it will take 7-8 days for Repair. And now it is 33 days and no revert. I called after 15 days your executive said it will take another 15 days and same story after 30 days and same story today.. Boss you guy’s are loosing customers… dint understand why this is taking so much time are handsets being send back to china for repairs…. what is your service team doing…. the whole industry is facing competition stress and you are relaxed loosing customer’s.. do you think will i be able to recommend anyone to purchase micromax… rather i will post my experience on social sites not to purchase Micromax you guys really proved you tag line “Nothing like anything”….. It is a sincere request please tell me when i will get my hand set or Do i have to file RTI for getting this information…
