Micromax — Handset not working in warranty period : Provided with a far worse handset in return after more than 2 months

My Canvas 2 was within warranty and stopped working. I complained and the handset was taken by the Company service center in Borivali, Mumbai. I was given a different handset back after more than 60 days which is not working too. I am tired of calling and telling the problem. No solution. This is big time cheating with the consumers. No revert from any officials. Every time the call gets diverted to some other official. Deepak [protected]
