Micromax — Harassment and unprofessionalism by micromax company

I have submitted my device canvas a350 at annand communication pathankot (punjab) which is a authorised micromax service centre due to some batery problm at 7 july 2015 they told me they repair my i warrenty device in 2-3 days .I follow them for a month they dont tell me sitiuation of my device after 1 month ago they told me my device is dead and they send it to chandigarh they give me company no. But no. [protected] but the no is no use .I went to them regularly but they dont give me satisfactory reply so its 2 and half month passed away so consumer forum plz help me my job sheet no is "no[protected]" and my mobile no.
