Sir, I have visited three times on above service centre regarding a complain in mobile phone model-A-27, purchase through online. I have original bill and guarantee card but service had refused to repair to mobile. He saying that I want sticker which is pasted on Box. Then after giving sticker with bill he say that I will not deposit your phone due to " I have find error in system" regarding my phone. Pl tell me if a customer come to service centre 3 times, what he think about your service and how he think for purchsing any mobile of Micromax in future. Pl see the above matter a try to resolve.
