Micromax — Having boot problem now not getting my mobile from 1 month | |||||
Sir, i have submitted my micromax YU5010 monile to micromax service centre in gurgaon(Best Tech Services) as it got problem in booting. i have submitted on 25/10/2016 and next day i got my mobile i paid 1260/- and same day it starts behaving same. Next day i submitted my mobile again and they provided a acknowledgement slip to me instead of job sheet as there is some electricity problem. After that i have called and visit many times the micromax service center they always extend the date i have called them 5 times they always tell different date for the return of the phone i am tierd of calling them many times they even not listen just cut the call, they told that they submit my phone back to upper level customer care and told that wait for again 20-days. Now they are saying that they are unable to trace my mobile. They either giving me a new handset nor giving my money back please resolve this.
