[Resolved] Micromax — Headphones not replaced within warranty period | |||
I have submitted my Micromax Canvas Fun A63 headphones to the nearest Micromax service center 4months back(15.04.2014) which was within warranty period...but still no replacement available and rather every time I went there I saw the service center closed...I asked some of the people nearby about the service center and got replies of getting the service center closed and also the phone number given in the job sheet is not available...every details are given in the job sheet...and the service center address is: M/S MAX CARE(WB) UCP/37, AMBUJA COMMERCIAL COMPLEX, NEAR ROSE VALLEY, CITY CENTER DURGAPUR-713216 TEL:[protected] Email: [protected]@mmxcheckpoint.com C.S.T. 1phone call arrived but Micromax still didn't solve the problem...they asked few words and then the call hanged...i am getting fed up of this company...they can't even replace a headphone in 4months..
