Micromax — Hearing speaker is not clear/disturbing sound

Dear sir i had purchased a mobile phone from a authorized mobile shop, model no. A 67 M_IMEI1:[protected], S_IMEI2:[protected]. ON 27.6.14 But after 1, 1/2 month i got problem in hearing speaker, after giving for twice repair, even though it was not rectified so, please do the needful whether to clear the problem or re place the piece as soon as possible. with regards Akhil kumar sahoo
