Micromax — housing of set not available at service centre

I have bought one phone Model no X281 from kanpur and due to some reason my phone housing get destroyed and I visited your customer care for that but they denied to provide service as they dont have housing of this set and neither it supply from your head office. So kindly suggest me what I will do and what Is the benefit of buying the set of your company when the part are not available to your service centre. Kindly assist in this regard.
