[Resolved] Micromax I — FAULTY PRODUCT FROM MICROMAX | |||
Hello, I had bought A46 model on 10 Aug 2014 from Real Mobile Store @ Pune. Within 4 months I am facing issue with the related to screen lock button|(whenever I lock the screen it will not open again longer time and if open not lock again immediately). So I had visited micromax serive center last week dated 20th Dec 2014 I had visited below service centre and they answer me that the button was not working fine and it need to be replace, which will take 20 days for the replacement of this part due to shortage in material and this material came from Delhi office only. Service center name: KAVYA ENTERPRISES Shop no. 51, Patil plaza, mitra mandal chowk, swargate Pune 411009 Tel: [protected] Since that day I am trying to call cust care no.[protected] which is giving engage tone between 10.00 AM - 6.00 PM not only cust care number but the above mention service center number is not in service. Do I expect good service from micromax within warranty period and is it make sense to keep my mobile in service center for 20 days for single part.
