[Resolved]  Micromax — I Have not received my mobile

Dear sir/mam I am using a cell phone(MIRCORMAX A177) of your company and its IMEI No. Is [protected]. I was experienced a problem related to its graphics so submitted it to near by Micromax Service Center(sector 18) at 26th June 2014 and customer care executive told me to receive it in coming 5 days but from that day and till now i don't receive my handset. It's total mental harassment as it is very difficult now a days to thinking life without a cell phone. sir please let me know when and how can i get my handset and if it is not possible to repair it then give me the replacement. contact no.
