Micromax — illiterate executive in service center laxmi nagar delhi

I have purchased a new micromax canvas lite(A 311) in february 2015 and since then only i am facing a problem in that phone. under warranty i have submitted the phone to laxmi nagar micromax service center and despite of the maximum time they asked for is 10 days today it's been 27 days and they don't have any idea when the handset would be recvd to them as their contact no. they have provided to us is an invalid no. and also they don't have any idea of how much more time would be taken by them for the same. need to file a strong complaint against the same pulkit garg [protected]
