I had purchased micromax e 313 (canvas xpress2) on 23 october 2015.
After 7.5 months o[censored]se it started giving me problems regarding charging.
On showing the mobile to the service centre on 25 june 2016 they told me that it was a hardware issue.
I was informed that it would take 7-10 days.
But more than a 19 days has passed and i haven't received any call.
When i tried calling the customer care center they told me it would require more 21 days. every time when i called the customer care they would...
