Dear Ma'am/Sir,
I had purchased a Micromax S300 from Karan and Co. M.G. Road, Chikmagalur - 57710. Kanataka. on the 19th of October 2015 for Rs. 3150/- .
After having used it for about 20 days (from 19th October till 6th November 2015) it just stopped working. The hand set refuses to switch on no matter what.

On the 6th of November '15 I had given the same to your authorised dealer Sri Rama Telecommunications, M.G. Road, 6th Cross, Near Anjaneya Temple, Chikmagalur- 57710. They advised me to come the next day but when I went there they demanded for the original bill even though I had given them a photocopy the previous day as requested by them. They made me go home (about 6 kilometers away) in order to get the original bill. After producing this they kept me waiting for another half hour and then told me that they have to send the product to the company and it would take about a month to get the handset fixed.
In the meanwhile I did try calling your help line[protected] but there was no response.
This kind of customer care will not get you anywhere and I will make it a point to inform all my friends and others whom I am in contact with not to purchase your product because it is not worth the money and effort.
I request for a total refund of money, instead of any kind of replacement.
