I have used micromanage mobile module a311, dual sim, my issue is 1 sim tray is broken, i had given the service center in puducherry (100 feet road, ellaipillaichavady) on 28.06.2017. She is telling 1 hr require for tray changing time, i had given the mobile and went to town after 2 hrs. I go to service center, now she is telling 1 day required, next day call them not responsible in service center, 30.06.2017 again calling another one person attended the phone he is telling 1 week required for changing the tray due to non-availability of tray. After 10 day called to service center he is not answer correctly, i was continually followed nobody is not responding, after 25 day my son go to the service center with service bill, she is tell your mobile phone was dead. My son called me he is tell like this, at the time i spoke to service center person, i am asking the question 1. Sim tray change requisition time 1 day, now 35 days. 2. You’re not explained me the problem at the time of mobile given after 35 days simply telling your mobile is dead. She is not answering those questions, i am not taken my mobile still the time. Please do the needful. I am not satisfied
