Micromax Informatics — android e485 /after 25 days they didn't give me my phone

Dear sir,
I submit my micromax android phone e485 for heating problem on 2 october and they tell me it take 3 days maximum but after 3 days they tell me your phone need motherboard change so you now wait for 10 days but today 25 days complete and i calls in care very much but they tell me same thing 5 day wait. Please sir help me for give back my phone
