I have purchased micromax q392 in the month of november 2015, i have started facing problem with the cell within 6 months from the purchase date, issue is that i m facing problem while connecting headset to the handset,
I submitted my cell at micromax care at sec 17, vashi, navi mumbai, maharashtra : 400703, for bloody 1 month, after 1 month those people returned my cell without changing or repairing any damn thing, i also informed them that i m facing issue in the touch pad they said me that they will be changing the mother board as well but that has not been done yet.
Yesterday again i submitted my cell at the same micromax care at sec 17, vashi, navi mumbai, maharashtra : 400703 and again they are asking me 2 more days & those are blank, they don't know what is the issue & what has to be done.
Especially there is lady at the center name : seema pawar, she don't have the courtesy to attend the call & inform the consumer what the hell is going on.
I have a small kid and i reside at panvel and those at the center makes me travel everyday to service center because they don't attend the calls, they pick up the receiver & keep it aside treating us like fool.
I have already filed complaint
1) reference id : ser[protected]
2) reference ticket id - 333129,
3) reference ticket id - 330013
But no revert.
Now i want my cell to be replaced with the new one
Kindly look into it.
