Hello there,
I purchased e481 canvas 5 model on 12 dec 15 now i am facing following problem from the last 1 month :
01. the screen has got one patch (image is enclosed) in most left top corner of the display screen. its obstruct the viewing feel.
02. phone hangs a lot (i dont have any clutter data all around it). the canvas 4 which i am still using has no problem but seems canvas 5 need some os issue.
I went to your local cc office and they asked me to deposit the phone for 40 days (yes, you read it right forty days) if i have to deposit it for this much of time i would have purchased another company's phone who at least understand the customer "need" and form the policy/rule to service the phone with in some decent time period. if you really think that this much of time is required to address an issue of warranty phone, please let me know so that i could throw this piece and buy another's company phone and if you really serious with your old client please respond.
