Dear concern,
I regret to inform you that lam not satisfied with your service.on 17/10/2016 I gave my phone to your service centre due to the charging complaint.they sent my phone to your company ( job sheet no[protected]) for servicing and they ensured me that the phone will repair as soon as possible.
On 11/11/2016 I get my phone back as the complaint solved. But the complaint was not solved(phone still not charging but the charging indication always shows)and then on 14/11/2016 I again gave my phone to your service centre they replaced battery and charging board and informed me that the phone will not be OK and they ensured me that the phone is in warranty period by sending the phone to the company and the phone will replaced with another one and they sent that phone to your company on 14/11/2016 (job sheet no[protected]-[protected]. So kindly clear my problem as soon as possible
