I have submitted my newly phone which is in warranty but when i get it for checking its changed which is white gold instead of white silver and mobile body is dent. So i didn't accepted the phone. They create new job sheet several times but still i didn't get the solutions from the company. Presently from service center call came and they demand for micromax warranty password. So i reached at service centre micromax and i asked about my phone status but they gave answer that more time required for the solution but i called customer care of company they tell your phone is delivered to the service centre but the service centre person telling that it will delay more time required. My phone is in company and service centre micromax baroda gujarat since from 3months still not get solutions. Please help me i demand for new phone replacement.
