Micromax Informatics — cheating with customers and too much waste the time of customer | |||
Dear Sir/Mam, I have a Micromax mobile model Q4310, due to not working torch/Flash Light in my mobile, I have complained and submitted my mobile to the service centre on 29 Aug 2018 within warranty period. Next day the service centre gave a response that my Mobile would have to be sent to New Delhi Micromax office and and it will take 15 to 20 days for repair and service time. 18september I confirmed abouty mobile with the help of job sheet number from toll-free number of micromax and the status of my mobile has been repaired said by customer care executive . After that i.e. 20sep 2018, I went to service centre for my mobile but the local Service centre has asked me to wait for few days without any fixed date and status of the complain addressed. I am completely upset with the uncertainty in the time alloted for the service with such bad response from the local service centre.After that many times contact with customers care of micromax executive but the reply of customer care like a excuse, I would like to draw you attention in this concern and request your intervention for quick service.
