To, The Concerned Incumbent, I am Yogesh Kumar Verma, I have puchased Micromax Canvas Spark Q380 8GB ROM White on 13 october 2015...I am facing problem in my cell...I visited the micromax official service centre at hathras on 23 july 2015 (plz see the attachment). They opened my cell and neglected to solve my problem... Please find the bill and other attchments and reply to me as soon as possible to sort out my problem... Thank You... I have submitted my mobile handset on 16/07/16 having jobsheet no. N[protected]. As I have got a message from micromax company that your jobsheet is ready. But the service centre ASC-M/S SHRI HARI COMPUTER SOLUTIONS Rohtak [protected] is not providing me with my handset. please do the needful & help me getting my handset back.
