My name is akhil..i was there in govind puri branch.i went there to get my phone software updated..the representative said that thephn will be updated in15mints..when i got my phn back i saw the touch was not working properly so i said that to representative who was sitting at the counter..she replied that dont act over smart wo pehle say he kharab tha., , i just want to ask from the company that it is the way to talk to the customer..the representative name was sushma.name is sushma..and she behave verybadly..my job card number is N[protected]. i would realy appreciate that u could take strict action against it and convert me the same Was this information helpful? | |||

I bought a micromex canvas 5 E 481 handset on 16-04-16, now it's display screen is not properly working, i went to service center, they denies to repair it, and told me that it is physically damage from inside . although there is no sigh of any physical damage at all til now .
